We know that you want to make sure that your loved ones receive nothing but the best and are in good hands. As we’re self-managed and privately held, we make sure that this is the type of environment your loved ones are living in. From independent living to assisted living to memory care, we also offer various levels of care.
We have four different communities for your loved one to choose from. Each Solterra community has its own list of features and amenities. Which one should you choose? The one that’s best for you and your family, of course.
Chandler
Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is a resort-like community that boasts a serene desert setting. This location is right next to a 1.5-acre park for our guests and their friends and family to enjoy. Additionally, there’s also a sports lounge residents can enjoy and our bistro, which is open to everyone. In terms of relaxation, there’s also a garden terrace filled with hummingbirds and soothing water features.
Our Chandler location has a packed calendar of events. We advocate for allowing our guests to be independent, which is why we make sure we have beautiful apartments and personalized services for residents and family members to choose from. There are studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes available. On-site, you can find restaurant-style dining, a beauty salon, a billiards room, a private library, a theatre, and beautiful courtyards. All utilities are included, including cable TV, and pets are welcomed. Housekeeping and linen service is available, as well as an extensive activity program, licensed nurses, and chauffeured transportation.
The levels of care included in this community are assisted living, senior rehabilitation care, and memory and dementia care.
White Mountains
Solterra Senior Living at White Mountains is nestled in between Show Low and Pinetop. This is the perfect place for older adults who are still active, as a variety of activities are offered here. Residents and their guests can enjoy the pond, relax on the patio, or enjoy the garden filled with hummingbirds.
Our White Mountain location allows for residents to be independent but addresses all their needs as well. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes are available. On-site you’ll find a beauty salon, restaurant-style dining, a billiards room, a theatre, and a private library. Want to get outside? There are a number of beautiful courtyards residents can take advantage of. All utilities are included, including cable, and housekeeping and linen services are available if you’d like it. Small pets are welcomed. Also available at White Mountain are an extensive activity program, licensed nurses, and chauffeured transportation.

Tucson
Solterra Senior Living Tucson is located in northwestern Tuscon. This assisted living community has been a staple in the Tucson community. In this location, we have been providing memory care villas and assisted living for years. There are five individually designed villas for our guests, each offering spacious suites and common spaces that are both indoor and outdoor. This specific community is licensed for supervisory, personal, and directed care assisted living.
Services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, home health, dental, podiatry, and mobile labs can all be brought into this community. Our staff is also on hand 24-hours a day to assist our residents with all of their needs. This community has an exercise and wellness center, a full-service beauty salon, a bistro, a billiards room, a theatre, an activity and media room, community computer stations, and dining areas all on-site. Additionally, there are tranquil vistas and scenic paths available for guests to enjoy. Housekeeping and laundry service, chauffeured transportation, and personal emergency call–response systems are also in place for guests to utilize if needed.

Bridgewater Communities
There are three different Bridgewater Communities that we manage—Avondale, Deer Valley, and Midtown Phoenix. The Avondale location is a senior living campus that provides both independent and assisted living options. There is also a memory care neighborhood in this community. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and the Estrella Mountain Regional Park Nature Center.
The Deer Valley location is conveniently located near the Phoenix Metrocenter. This community has a resident-focused approach, keeping residents as busy as they would like to be. This means that our residents are able to choose how they personally want to spend the day. We have a lot to offer, including philanthropic events. There are four levels of care at Deer Park that you can choose from.
The Midtown Phoenix location is in downtown Phoenix, right near restaurants, shopping, museums, the light rail, and more. It has both assisted living and memory care apartments. Additionally, we create opportunities for our residents to give back at local events and through philanthropic projects. This is another community in which we encourage our residents to be as independent as they want to be.
